Very nice hotel staff was excellent very friendly. Rom was nice size and clean. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of hot items. There’s a parking lot in the back if you’re traveling with a large vehicle or hauling a trailer.
Highly recommend staying here! Very clean, staff were welcoming and went out of their way to make u feel welcomed. The kind lady in charge of breakfast had superb customer service! and their breakfast was good! and Kept well-stocked .
We recently had a two night stay. We were in town for the Lake DeGray Tri. The rooms were clean and the cinnamon rolls at breakfast were fantastic. Upon leaving, we realized my wife left her diamond pendant necklace. The hotel staff searched and couldn't find it. Later they called saying the located the necklace. We left the hotel on Sunday and the necklace was is our mailbox Tuesday. That simple gesture says a lot about the team there. Thank you.
Great place to break up the drive road triping from Chicago to Austin. Front desk was kind, rooms were clean, breakfast was ready bright and early. You may consider a different pancake batter but besides that it was a perfect overnighter. Thank you kindly.
The rooms were very clean and also smelled clean. The staff is amazing. As we checked out at 4:00 am, they apologized for it being too early for their breakfast buffet. They invited us to visit the dining room for coffee or other beverages. So pleasant and professional.
Honestly this is one of the most cleanest most comfortable hotel my husband and children have stayed in. It was VERY CLEAN!! Bed and pillows were also very comfortable! This hotel if going to be our new stopping point while traveling from Tx to IL. Perfect location aswell!
I've stayed here about a dozen times and I have been satisfied every time. The rooms are updated and clean. The staff are professional and courteous. The hotel is quiet and feels safe. It's convenient to I30, but is far enough from the highway to avoid road noise. The breakfast is usually very good by Holiday Inn standards.
Great Mexican restaurant just down the street on the other side of the freeway, with a bar! In late and out early. More miles to go. They had a weird tub/shower thingy. See pics. A good stay. CritDicks
